Saving Souls, Strengthening the Saved and Serving Society

Interpretation and translation - Louis and Linda served as interpreters for numerous US mission teams and training seminars, interpreting into French, English, and Pidgin. He also translated leadership training materials and tools into French.
Pulpit ministry - Louis served as the full-time pulpit minister of the Bonaberi (Douala) Church of Christ, a congregation of approximately 120.
Children’s curriculum - Louis and Linda designed a children’s Sunday school curriculum (first ever in the Church of Christ in Cameroon) in a series called Noble Age.
Evangelism ministry : ‘Soul Saving Ministry’ is a church planting effort where Louis and other native preachers lead campaigns in villages and towns throughout Cameroon.
Youth leadership - Louis has led (or co-led) the Cameroon Youth Forums (youth camp) and The Cameroon Youth Retreats (spiritual retreat) for 20 and 10 years respectively.
Linda, together with a team of other ladies, traveled to small villages, training and coaching Sunday school teachers.
In August 2015, the Bassay’s traveled to Searcy, AR in USA for Louis to obtain a Bachelor of Bible and Ministry degree from the Center for Advanced Ministry Training (CAMT) at Harding University.
He graduated in May 2018. Linda is obtaining a “certificate of completion” from the Center for Distance Learning at Harding University, taking classes such as Church Planting, Hermeneutics, Bible Ethics.
